The Terms and Conditions outline the terms under which Cybervibers and its clients will interact; including service delivery, communication, and other aspects of the business-client relationship, and shall act as a binding agreement between Cybervibers and its clients. Cybervibers, provide end to end digital solutions ranging from content writing, SEO optimization, social media management, etc. to be customized according to the need of our clients. Note that, while we always do our best to deliver high quality services and outcomes, success is dependent on many factors beyond our control — including competition within your industry and levels of user engagement. Our services are delivered "as-is" and we do not guarantee anything outside of our expertise and honest effort.
As a Cybervibers client, you are responsible for ensuring accurate and up-to-date information required for us to provide our services. This involves completing all applicable laws and regulations, submitting required materials, and communicating in a timely manner. You represent that you will not misuse our services, commit unethical acts, or infringe on any third-party rights. Any violation of these duties might lead to services suspension or termination without notice.
Cybervibers’ services are payable per the terms and timeline defined in the agreement or contract. Invoices must be paid by clients immediately to maintain services. Refunds will be granted under limited circumstances, as defined by contract language (e.g., failure to perform on the scope of work agreed upon and where the project is mutually terminated before substantial progress has been made). Refund requests should be made in writing within seven days of the event that prompted the request. Cybervibers may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Cybervibers will provide the services to the best of our ability and will not be liable for any force majeure event, technical failure or any other circumstance beyond Cybervibers' control that could affect the results of the service. The only liability we owe is for the amount paid for the specific service in question. Both parties will be able to stop services at their discretion, with appropriate notice. Termination for breach of terms shall not be refundable and remains payable.
Cybervibers remains Your Trusted partner, all data from your side is confidential & we do not share data with third parties until & unless it is required by law or for a project-based service. We implement extensive security precautions to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your information. All contents of your input, of any sensitive or proprietary nature, will only ever be used in the process of adhering to delivering services and will not be divulged to third parties without your explicit authorization. We follow appropriate privacy laws regarding protection of your data to earn your trust and safeguard your security.
Your requirements may change as you go along, and our revision and amendment policies allow you that flexibility. You can request for modifications within the allotted time frame if you want changes to the agreed scope of work. Although some minor modifications are generally factored into a service fee, especially major ones may involve extra charges. Working closely with you, Cybervibers will revise the services to ensure that expectations are met, and these will still be efficient and high quality.
